Meet Erica and Ed
Erica and Ed know how to get the most out of a three day weekend. One word: staycation. Their favorite getaway? Chicago’s Holiday Inn® – Mart Plaza River North. Photo by @chrisozer
We sent talented photographer, Chris Ozer, to Holiday Inn hotels around the country to document extraordinary stories of extraordinary guests.
See more from Chris Ozer’s Journey

I keep seeing this sponsored ad on my dash and it makes me laugh every time because this couple looks so unhappy. They’ve so clearly been cornered by an over-friendly employee in a polo shirt and they couldn’t come up with an excuse fast enough. The women has bared her teeth in a forced half-smile but her eyes are dead. The man isn’t even pretending to smile, he looks straight ahead at the camera with a blank expression. His face is devoid of any emotion. Come to holiday inn.
